The legal basis for the processing of data that is transmitted in the course of sending an e-mail or an order form is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f GDPR. If the e-mail contact is aimed at concluding a contract, the additional legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. By confirming this data protection declaration during the ordering process, you have given your consent to the processing of the data. The processing of your data is also based on Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 lit. b GDPR for the purposes mentioned for the appropriate processing of your order.

3. Access Data

7. Handling Contact Information

If you contact the website operator through the contact options offered, your details will be saved so that they can be used to process and answer your request. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent. We will only use the data recorded via our order form to process orders that come in through the order form. After the order has been processed, the data collected will be deleted immediately, provided there are no statutory retention periods.
